• Original packaging: If the book came with a dust jacket, slipcover, or other packaging, it must be included and in its original condition.
• Original receipt or invoice: Please include the original receipt or invoice with your return.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (your local time zone) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will typically be processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed within 1-2 business days after credit card verification.
